Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

Paid Subscriptions

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TimeGate Booking Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Informal negotiation first
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Arbitration conducted in Tokyo, Japan

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
